What is the typical shipping time for a custom map?

Since each map is custom-designed and printed, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Standard shipping usually takes an additional 5-7 business days depending on your location.

Are the maps printed on high-quality materials?

Yes, we use museum-grade matte paper and archival inks to ensure your maps are vibrant, detailed, and resistant to fading over time.

Can I return a personalized map?

Because personalized maps are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or contains a printing error. Please contact our support team within 14 days if there is an issue.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, StreamTime Maps ships to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our delivery zones to more countries soon.

How can I track my order?

Once your map has been printed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
